Corporate half day
$1130
A 3-part workshop that takes about 4 hours in total. You’ll get a complete breathwork toolkit your team will actually use and benefit from.
What is it?
The half-day corporate breathwork workshop goes beyond a taster session to build genuine, lasting capability. Where the 60-minute session introduces the concepts and gives people a few immediate tools, the half-day workshop gives your team a comprehensive, structured practice they can integrate into their working lives from day one.
It is practical, grounded in respiratory physiology, and delivered without the corporate wellness clichés. No trust falls. No forced sharing. Just applied science that works through the body, explained clearly and practised properly.
Who delivers it
Both Tony and Luise Beaumont are Oxygen Advantage certified instructors. Corporate half-day workshops are delivered by both, bringing a combined background in performance physiology, nervous system regulation, and group facilitation.
Workshop structure
Part 1 — Understanding and assessment
The session opens with a clear, accessible explanation of the physiology behind breathwork — why it works, what is actually happening in the body when we change how we breathe, and why most people's default breathing patterns are working against them.
Each participant completes a BOLT score assessment — a simple, validated measure of CO2 tolerance that takes less than two minutes and gives everyone an immediate, objective baseline. This turns an abstract concept into a personal number, and creates genuine engagement with what follows.
The first part closes with an introduction to nasal breathing mechanics and a brief guided practice establishing the foundational breath.
Part 2 — Core practice
The heart of the workshop. Participants work through the complete Oxygen Advantage toolkit for workplace performance and wellbeing:
Stress and anxiety reduction — techniques for immediate parasympathetic activation, applicable in real time without anyone around you knowing you're doing it
Cognitive reset — breathing for focus, clarity, and transition between mentally demanding tasks
Sleep protocols — specific practices for sleep onset, night waking, and the kind of non-restorative sleep that leaves people exhausted despite adequate hours
Recovery — breathing for post-stress and post-exertion recovery, including the physiology of why cold exposure and heat protocols work better when combined with breathwork
CO2 tolerance development — a brief introduction to the longer-term practice of building tolerance, with a take-home progression protocol
Each technique is explained, demonstrated, and practised in the session before moving on.
Part 3 — Integration and application
How to build breathwork into a working day without disrupting it. Participants identify the two or three highest-value applications for their specific role and situation, and build a personalised breathing protocol with support.
Specific scenarios are worked through as a group — pre-presentation preparation, post-conflict recovery, afternoon energy management, travel and sleep disruption, high-stakes decision making. The session closes with a final BOLT score for each participant, showing possible improvement with CO2 tolerance compared to the start of the workshop, and a consolidation Q&A.
