It covers resting metabolic rate and how it changes through perimenopause and beyond, cycle-awareness and what it means for training and recovery, breathwork for stress and sleep, body composition, and nutrition. It's not a modified version of a programme designed for men. It's built from the ground up around the physiology and lived experience of women.drive everything we do.
