The flagship test. You complete a step protocol on the bike or treadmill — intensities increase every few minutes, we take a small blood sample from your fingertip at each stage, and the VO2 Master Pro measures your oxygen uptake breath by breath. The INSCYD software builds a complete metabolic model: your VO2max, VLaMax, fat and carbohydrate combustion rates at every intensity, your five-zone training model, your metabolic phenotype, and your key limiters. The debrief is 45 minutes. You leave with a written report and a clear picture of what to do next.

A step test with both breath-by-breath VO2 analysis and blood lactate sampling. Gives you VO2max, lactate threshold, lactate turn point, and five training zones. More detailed than a VO2max-only test and the foundation for accurate training prescription. No full INSCYD metabolic model — that's the Gold Standard.

A maximal or submaximal aerobic test on the bike, rower or treadmill. We measure your peak oxygen uptake, classify your aerobic fitness against age- and sex-matched norms, and produce a training zone estimate. This is also your aerobic age, a number that tells you more about your cardiovascular health than a decade of birthday candles. Best as a starting point or annual check-in.

Your sodium loss rate is determined by genetics, not by how hard you train or how hot it is. Most athletes guess at hydration, or copy what works for someone else. The PF&H sweat test measures your actual sodium concentration using a small patch on your forearm. The result tells us exactly which electrolyte strength you need, so you stop cramping, stop underperforming, and stop drinking to a generic plan that was never built for your body. As an authorised PF&H partner, we stock the matched products in-studio.

A supervised 20-minute all-out effort on the Wattbike producing your functional threshold power, the wattage you can sustain for approximately one hour. FTP is the cornerstone metric of cycling training. 45 minutes total including warm-up and cooldown.
