C-Suite

A collection of the strongest clinical markers consisting of resting meatabolic rate, functional strength and mobility.
Minimum of 6 persons.
C-Suite EXEC
$173 pp
A collection of the strongest clinical markers for health from the pop-up workshop with the addiition of a group breathwork workshop.
Minimum of 6 persons.
C-Suite Partner
$ 434 pp
Everything from the ‘Executive Health Workshop’ plus a submaximal VO2 test.
This will consist of a morning session and afternoon session. Must be at Tristar Performance.
Minimum of 4 persons
Group breathwork
A collection of services from our health servces. Either come to us or we can come to you.
Group Breathwork (up to 10)

60 minute group breathwork session for groups up to 10.
Group Breathwork (11+)
$499
60 minute group breathwork session for groups of 11 or more.
½ day workshop
$1130
A 3 hour breathwork and performance workshop.
C-Suite Elite
$521 pp
Everything from the ‘Executive Health Workshop’ plus a maximal VO2 and lactate test with the INSCYD metabolic fingerprint. This can be performed in a mornming and afternoon session or on consecutive days. Must be at tristar Performance.
